"Rice Noodle Parcel with Minced Pork and Condiments"
- An old Thai dish with a Chinese influence. Soft sheet of rice noodle filled with minced pork, dried shrimps, peanuts, bean sprouts, and a basil leave, all wrapped up together and served with sweet plum dip.
 
   
 

"Pigeon Green Curry" - Our green curry for this dish is made lighter so that you can taste the succulent flesh of pigion. The curry also combines baby aubergine with red chilli.
